GME Patent Wedge type tension blade cutter
This cutter is designed to fit all GME Hydro-cutting Systems. The tension blades are only .008 of an inch thick and cost about a 5th of the price of the classic standard blades. The blades, which have a curved cut surface, are designed to better absorb the impact and produce a better cut than those which use a straight flat blade, which are also more susceptible to breakage. These cutters use the same tension blades used in the wedge type cutter. You only need one type blade for all of our tension typed cutter heads. It is no longer necessary to have hundreds of different part number blades in inventory, only one. These blades are also about 1/5th the cost of the classic style ridged blades and they generally last longer and require no time-consuming sharpening.
The same GME Tension blade fits hundreds of cut sizes.
Advantages are: The tension blade cutters do not need preheating and produce cut strips almost completely free of feathering.

GME Classic style cutter
The GME Classic cutter is available in hundreds of cut sizes beginning at .080 thick. Classic is also offered in variety of crinkle blades. This cutter handles frozen vegetables well and has been successfully retrofitted to many other OEM cutting systems.
